Recruitment manager

It takes the best to find the best. We are seeking a recruitment manager to recruit top talent in our industry. In this role you would stay up-to-date with current and future staffing needs; arrange advertising for all open positions; manage the interview process in accordance with all federal and state laws; screen applicants; schedule and attend interviews; conduct pre-employment tests; and conduct reference checks. As time allows, responsibilities could also include the implementation of company wide employee training and development and the development of an internship program.

Education, experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration or related field; emphasis in human resources preferred.
  • At least six years' experience in recruitment and selection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Ability to match personalities, skills and needs of company with corresponding personalities and abilities of applicants.
  • Ability to work independently and organize time effectively.
  • Ability to travel.
