.NET Programmer

Position currently available

We are seeking a .NET Programmer who will be responsible for playing a key part in all facets of the design, development, and implementation of Coffey applications with a focus on assuring high quality products and services to meet client needs and expectations. This includes coding, testing, debugging, documenting, installing and supporting new and existing programs/technologies of a complex nature. You will also work directly with internal and external customers providing product support. Additionally you will provide development services for the production of client websites in regards to Umbraco CMS implementation, JavaScript support and other areas as needed. This position requires relocation to Walla Walla, Washington.

Experience and skills required:

  • Proven track record with a minimum of five years’ full life cycle development experience in a production environment building enterprise level, multi-tier object-oriented applications using: C#, C/C++ and/or VB, Visual Studio, ADO, SQL, XML/XSL, ASP.
  • Web-related experience desirable.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and creatively applying new technology to achieve Coffey business goals.
  • Requires excellent attention to detail and quality, as well as a passion for learning and using the latest in technology.
  • Demonstrates ability to prioritize, work on, and complete many, varied tasks simultaneously meeting deadlines and working well under deadline pressure.

Account Executive

We are seeking an Account Executive who will be continuously focused on heightening client satisfaction and retaining business for Coffey. You will be charged with developing win-win outcomes for the client and Coffey, taking into consideration time and budget constraints of the client and Coffey's bottom line. Serves Coffey clients in a strategic and consultative manner, becoming an extension of the client’s internal staff by helping to maximize the client’s investment in Coffey. You will advise clients on how to leverage Coffey's products and services to meet strategic marketing objectives. Providing effective marketing, public relations and editorial counsel to help clients realize marketing goals and maximize return on investment. This position requires relocation to Walla Walla, Washington.

Education, experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations or equivalent related education or experience.
  • Minimum five years of marketing or client account management experience required.
  • Strong customer service orientation and an interest in building open, trusting client relationships; the ability to consult, coach and influence clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is essential. Knowledge of editorial/publication strategy preferred. 
  • Experience working directly in or with healthcare institutions a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and positively with clients and staff members while being firm and decisive about meeting policies, procedures, deadlines and goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze marketing strategy and data, conceptualize solutions, and work with clients to meet marketing objectives.

Business Development Consultant

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for initiating new business by contacting potential customers through leads provided and cold calling efforts. You will sell appropriate content marketing solutions to meet their needs in a specific national territory. Represent Coffey with professionalism and adherence to the highest level of ethics.

We are open to a remote employment relationship if you have sold creative services in the healthcare field for at least five years.

Education, experience and skills required:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in business-to-business creative service selling.
  • A focus on B2B sales in the healthcare and/or content marketing arena is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent related education or experience.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Drive to make sales—motivation, enthusiasm and persistence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills—must enjoy developing relationships with new people over the phone and in person.

Director of Business Development and Marketing Communications

As Director of Business Development and Marketing Communications, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing successful sales and marketing strategies with the highest level of integrity to sell Coffey products and services to hospitals and health plans and move the company to the next level of success. You will develop, mentor and manage our team of business development consultants to achieve sales goals relative to new revenue and specific product lines. Marketing communications responsibilities include developing and implementing the marketing plan to set the strategy and vision for developing leads through advertising, direct mail, trade shows, the corporate website, and sales collateral. This position requires relocation to Walla Walla, Washington.

Education, experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or public relations or equivalent related education or experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies. Experience in the healthcare industry and business-to-business marketing preferred.
  • Seven to 10 years of professional sales experience, business-to-business preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience supervising, mentoring and managing staff.
  • An unmatched degree of integrity, with highly developed skills in fostering synergy, enthusiasm, optimism and energy in the workplace. Firm and decisive about meeting policies, procedures, deadlines and goals a necessity.
