We are seeking a business development consultant who will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers through cold calling efforts, identifying their needs and budget cycle, and selling appropriate products to meet those needs in a specific national territory. Education, experience and skills required:

You will be charged with developing win-win outcomes for the client and Coffey, taking into consideration time and budget constraints of the client and Coffey's bottom line. Serves Coffey clients in a strategic and consultative manner, becoming an extension of the client’s internal staff by helping to maximize the client’s investment in Coffey. You will advise clients on how to leverage Coffey's products and services to meet strategic marketing objectives. Providing effective marketing, public relations and editorial counsel to help clients realize marketing goals and maximize return on investment.

Education, experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations or related field required.
  • Minimum five years of marketing or client account management experience required.
  • Strong customer service orientation and an interest in building open, trusting client relationships; the ability to consult, coach and influence clients.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is essential. Knowledge of editorial/publication strategy preferred.

Computer Systems Support/Network Technician

Position currently available

As a computer systems support/network technician you will ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting, repairing and documenting all hardware, software and peripheral computer equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.

You will develop and maintain an understanding of network user support and troubleshooting. You will assist with the installation and maintenance of local and wide area network hardware and software, including virtual and physical servers, storage, peripherals, network nodes, terminals and wiring. You will receive, prioritize, document, and actively resolve end user help requests in person, by telephone, or via email in a timely and accurate fashion. You will also provide end user training and assistance where required.

Education, experience and skills required:

  • College degree in Communications, Business, or Computer Science a plus.
  • ITIL and/or Help Desk Certifications a plus.
  • Two years’ Help Desk experience in an information technology company and/or two years’ technical experience in a customer-centric company.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Be well organized and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize, work on, and complete many, varied tasks simultaneously.

Director of Business Development and Marketing Communications

We are seeking a director of business development and marketing communications who will develop, implement and manage policies, programs and systems to facilitate the selling of custom publications and websites to the hospital market. You will manage and motivate the sales staff to achieve goals in terms of new revenue, number of new clients and specific product lines.

You will develop, implement and manage corporate communications plan which includes key corporate messaging and product positioning. Organizes and executes the use of advertising, direct mail, trade shows, corporate web site, sales collaterals and corporate style guide. Creates and executes corporate public relations and corporate branding campaigns. Monitors and analyzes promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of campaigns. Manages all promotions and retention efforts for existing clients and provides project management for client survey data collections. Education, experience and skills required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or public relations or equivalent field or experience.
  • Five to 10 years’ comprehensive working knowledge of the healthcare industry, clients and marketplace trends and seven to 10 years of professional sales experience (business-to-business preferred), including a minimum of three years’ supervising and managing sales staff.
