Network Systems Administrator

We are seeking a Network Systems Administrator with strong customer service skills, excellent communications skills, and proven experience maintaining a healthy and secure network environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, security, support and management of the company's information infrastructure. You will participate in the enforcement of processes and procedures to guarantee the health and security of all company technology and information assets. As you will be a member of a small department, strong customer service orientation is essential, as a portion of your duties will be providing training and assistance where required. You will also receive, prioritize and document end user help requests in person, by telephone or via email and actively resolve them in a timely and accurate fashion.

Client Advocate/Project Manager

We're looking for a Client Advocate/Project Manager who lives and breathes customer service.

In this position, you will manage client projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project meets the clients' design and content standards and that budgets and deadlines are met. You'll plan and complete projects by working effectively with members of our Production, Sales, and Manufacturing & Distribution teams. You'll spot potential problems before they occur and work with management and clients to resolve any issues that arise.

Copy Editor

We're looking for a Copy Editor who is excited about perfecting the written word as a member of a collaborative, fast-paced production team.

In this position, you will be responsible for copyediting and proofreading healthcare publications for the hospital and health plan industries, following established editorial guidelines and ensuring that all published material meets standards for style, grammar, punctuation, spelling, typography, clarity, structure, accuracy and appropriateness.
