Digital Support Specialist
As my title implies, I specialize in supporting our digital team—in a multitude of ways. I work closely with client advocate/project managers, content creators, designers and developers on a wide variety of projects. A typical day could involve building a new donation form for a hospital's fundraising drive, uploading a story to our digital library, and bug testing a client's new website—and that's just before lunch. I also help ensure our digital content meets current accessibility requirements.
Being in a support role means being ready to pivot and jump in where I'm needed. It also means keeping a lot of plates spinning at once to ensure everyone receives the same high standards Coffey is known for. It's certainly a challenge, but I relish the opportunity that each new challenge brings.
I appreciate how Coffey fosters an environment of constant learning and improvement. There's always a new puzzle to solve, which is great because I love solving puzzles. I also work with a crew of very talented people, which makes every day inspiring and fun.
David: Played keyboard in a punk band. Has made a living writing about magicians and video games (not at the same time). Obsesses over old samurai movies and is teaching himself Japanese.
