Director of Client Experience
Customer service is my business. I am responsible for leading and championing the company's client experience. I work to ensure that clients are satisfied and that their needs are consistently understood, analyzed and met.
One key to the work I do is to have empathy—to understand and relate. We can serve our clients better when we can put ourselves in their shoes.
Taking on the next challenging situation or project—that keeps me excited and motivated. And I love that at Coffey I have the opportunity to learn something new every day—and to use that knowledge to help and teach others. What fun!
Molly: Does a mean handstand pushup, #CrossFit. Commutes with her best buddy (Ellie, a boxer mix who loves doggy daycare). Resists the urge to educate store clerks on great customer service.
