Your role is to consult with these healthcare organizations with a customer-centric approach by putting yourself in the customer's shoes to understand their jobs. Through this understanding, you will provide custom solutions to achieve their business needs and goals. You would be focused on new business acquisition in an assigned national territory.
As a Business Development Consultant at Coffey, you would use your understanding of healthcare marketing to become a trusted advisor to hospitals, health systems and health plans.
Success in this role requires:
- Proven B2B sales experience.
- Strong lead development skills.
- A natural drive to succeed.
- An ability to manage a sales pipeline from start to finish.
You would receive a competitive compensation plan, including a base salary and an uncapped commission structure.
