Client Success Manager, Digital

At Coffey Communications, client relationships mean everything to us. We're searching for a Client Success Manager who's equally driven to promote client retention and loyalty. Your role would be to work closely with new and existing clients to achieve their business goals and objectives through Coffey's digital products and services.
As a Client Success Manager, you would use your experience managing digital projects to proactively consult with clients, lead all aspects of product support, facilitate product demonstrations and provide continual client education. As part of a tight-knit team of professionals, you'll orchestrate and lead new projects, manage expectations, set deadlines, drive product enhancement, and deliver the trainings and best practices for some of the best designed websites in the healthcare industry.
Success in this role will center around your ability to:
- Be a trusted advisor to all levels of leadership within your client accounts and within Coffey.
- Lead, plan and complete multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye focused on the details.
- Lead and manage development projects utilizing Scrum.
