Digital Support Specialist
This job is open for employee to be based in office or remotely if located within the Pacific Northwest.
We’re searching for a Digital Support Specialist with experience building and updating web pages using Coffey’s content management system. Some knowledge of HTML is helpful. Your track record of maintaining excellent attention to detail and performing quality assurance checks on your work as well as development updates will ensure client websites are delivered with the highest level of quality. You’ll use your customer service experience to respond to client and internal support requests in a timely manner.
Success in this role includes your ability to:
- Provide timely and exceptional customer service.
- Master our content management system and other internal development tools.
- Deliver excellent attention to detail.
Our corporate office is located in Walla Walla, Washington, which we think is a great place to live; however, this role is open to people living anywhere in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Oregon or Idaho).
