Coffey Communications is a leading provider of content marketing solutions for hospitals, health systems and health plans across the country. Our System Administrator is responsible for maintaining a healthy and secure network environment.
Your system administrator experience would be used to maintain, upgrade, support and manage the company’s information infrastructure. You would use your strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills to respond promptly to help desk requests from colleagues.
Success in this role includes your ability to:
- Work efficiently and effectively as a member of a small IT team taking on various services and systems as needed.
- Excel at both learning and problem-solving.
- Provide input based on your knowledge and experience for timely resolution of issues, accurate implementation of upgraded/new systems, and detailed planning of future projects.
- Maintain a security-focused approach to resolving issues and implementing new technologies.
