Sun safety infographic

Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers, according to the American Cancer Society, and melanoma rates have been rising for the last 30 years. For hospitals and health plans, reducing those cancer rates means educating readers about the dangers of sun exposure. But how can you make a safety topic like this fun and engaging?

That was our challenge.

Our answer? An interactive infographic.

This graphic was created with nationally respected sources. Clicking on the dots in this graphic gives readers more information about specific steps they can take in order to stay safe in the sun. Every 6 months, those recommendations are checked against national sources, and the text is amended as needed.

This infographic is a perennial performer, able to move on to and off of a page depending on the season. Since 2013, when it was first published, it's been delivering clicks for our clients.
