Every Coffey client has a main point of contact for their website. This person is a resource for all aspects of website maintenance and ongoing improvements, with a team of digital support specialists, developers and website designers backing them up.

Each month your project coordinator also reaches out with updates and news from the digital services team, recommendations from the health library for social postings in the coming month, and any specific questions regarding your website performance.

Extensive training

Coffey’s support team conducts online training sessions to provide a hands-on introduction to the Site Assist content management system. But training and support don’t end there. We also offer:

  • Deep-dive training sessions on demand.
  • New team member training when your team changes or expands.
  • Refresher training (because we all forget things).
  • Tutorials and training videos that you can access any time.

Quick and responsive service

Contacting your Coffey team is simple thanks to an online chat feature built into Site Assist. You can use this chat to communicate with Coffey’s support team in real time between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. EST.

Need to chat outside those hours? No problem. Your message will automatically convert to an email that will be read and responded to by our team ASAP the next business day.

Regular website health checks

Coffey will perform a diagnostic health check of your website every quarter. Each health check evaluates:

  • General functionality.
  • The integrity of the various technical, design and content components of the site.
