Coffey’s in-house editorial team includes writers, editors, copy editors, fact checkers and designers, all of whom have experience creating healthcare content. Our team is supported as needed by a group of trusted freelancers.

What role does AI play in the development of your content?

Our editorial team uses AI to support a variety of tasks, including research, interview transcription and generating ideas for headlines, teasers and summaries. How do you ensure the accuracy and quality of your healthcare content?

We insist that our writers use only trusted sources for their articles. These sources include interviews with leading medical experts, materials generated by national health organizations and research published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Every statement of fact in every article is documented by our fact-checkers, and a backup file for each article is maintained in-house. Interview sources review our articles for factual accuracy. Should questions arise as to the accuracy of a Coffey article, we can provide, usually within a few hours, documentation of the sources for the content.
