In your 40s? It might be time to DASH

March 1, 2026—Researchers found that sticking to a healthy diet—such as the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) diet—was linked with a lower risk of cognitive problems. The link was strongest when people followed the diet in middle adulthood (ages 45–54). Discover the details in JAMA Neurology.
